The Project68 team is delighted to partner with our client as they look to appoint a new leader for their South East Asia business. As one of the world’s largest providers of outsourced real estate solutions to corporate occupiers, our client is best in class, but this positioning only charges them further to be ahead of the rapidly evolving curve in corporate real estate solutions. We are looking to speak with business leaders with energy, drive, ambition and client experience across South East Asia. In this role you will:

  • Critically assess the current business practice to ensure it is operationally sound and positioned for growth, and then execute effective business growth strategies in line with regional and global initiatives and have full P&L responsibility for SEA.
  • Leverage known networks and relationships to win new business, across the Facilities Management arena

  • Create a pro-active and cohesive culture to drive various growth initiatives

  • Deepen penetration into large corporates as well as with global corporates by strengthening top-level relationships with existing and future accounts / clients

  • Analyse and implement operational improvement opportunities in all areas of Enterprise Facilities Management

  • Proactively communicate with regional and global colleagues to identify best practices that can be shared and developed across SEA and would add additional value to clients

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive action in resolving client claims and requests and leverage those opportunities to gain further client trust and additional, add-on businesses

  • Mentor, educate and develop the team and broaden the perspectives and mind-set of the current talent who need to develop their mindset regarding existing facilities management business practices

  • Act and manage the region and the countries with honesty and integrity, following the highest ethical standards, complying with all local legal regulations
