Country Head – Vietnam

Our client is the market leader in delivering real estate solutions to enterprise clients globally. As part of their continuous growth and desire to remain the leading solution provider globally, we are delighted to support them as they seek to hire a Country Head for their Vietnam business.

  • In your role as Country lead you will provide strategic direction and leadership for a portfolio of clients in country within Vietnam
  • Collaborate with the existing enterprise business to leverage on cross selling and synergy within the market
  • You will be accountable for operational costs
  • You will be expected to identify, target and develop new business opportunities throughout the FM or technical services offerings
  • Responsible for revenue generation and operating income
  • Responsible for leading world class services delivery to achieve customer commitments, business operating standards, and operating performance improvements for Vietnam
  • Closely collaborate with market leadership and account leaders to ensure achievement of effective balance of superior customer satisfaction
  • Behave as an ethical leader, ensuring strict adherence to EHS, Standards of Business Conduct, Integrity and maintain consistently high standards across all area of responsibility


  • Manage the business unit’s financial performance
  • Be the official representative for the Enterprise Facilities Management business in Vietnam
  • Achievement of operating budgets and growth targets
  • Recommend strategy and tactics for achieving objectives
  • Develop new business opportunities from client identification to proposal development and presentation
  • Ensure country operations are best-in-class and compliant 
  • Anticipate and responds to client’s needs 
  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, management plans, monthly performance reports and variance reports
  • Supervise the planning, budgeting and control of operating and capital expenditures
  • Oversee and leverage resources across all Enterprise business accounts 
  • Implement operational standards as required and drive strategic programs and lean six sigma activities
  • Responsible for effective local support to business development opportunities across Vietnam 
  • Demonstrate leadership behaviours in leading a multi-disciplined team  

In order to succeed in this role will have:

  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills in English (and local Vietnamese)

  • Demonstrated high level of customer focus and commercial awareness
  • Sufficient technical knowledgeable to lead an FM delivery geography
  • Financially capable with demonstrated abilities in cost management/accounting
  • Strategic thinking abilities to challenge status quo and apply creative solutions to meeting business challenges
  • Minimum 7-10  years’ experience or greater in a similar or related industry
  • Demonstrated ability to formulate, implement, drive and achieve business plans and target
  • Familiarity with financial P&L and monthly operational reports
  • Ability to respond effectively and swiftly to all operating issues within country
  • Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management and client groups to take desired action
